By the 10th of each month, please take the time to report on your LAST completed month of GNC.
To report: 1. Click the button below of the month you just completed of GNC. 2. You will be taken to the Microsoft Form where you will click, "start now".
3. Fill in your information and then make sure to click "submit" at the end.
